Conditions

Conditions (availability constraints) can be defined for Instructors or Classrooms. A condition allows defining each specific day and time slot as "Available" or "Unavailable" across the schedule calendar. An instructor or classroom with a defined condition cannot be scheduled into an unavailable slot. 

Example 1: If an instructor visits another institution to teach on Mondays, they cannot attend lectures at their primary school on Mondays. A condition marking Monday as unavailable can be defined for this instructor.

Example 2: If a guest lecturer is only available until 14:30 on Thursdays, their available days and hours can be defined as shown below.

Example 3: If a Computer Lab is reserved for an external training session on Wednesdays throughout exam week, a condition can be defined to prevent exams from being placed in the Computer Lab on Wednesdays.
