Corrections and changes made in this version

  • When creating a new table, entering data for the first time has been simplified. If you're entering your data for the first time, you can prepare it in Excel spreadsheets according to the program's format beforehand. Then, using the New Table option, click the first cell in the table that opens, and paste it all together using the Paste command.
  • The ability to add multiple courses to the same class on the same day and time has been added. For example, if students in the same class choose two different elective courses, you can now add both courses to the program on the same day and time. Simply add one course above the other. Both courses will appear separately in a cell. (This was not possible in previous versions.)
  • The ability to enlarge or reduce the table has been added. You can zoom in or out using the buttons on the toolbar or by pressing CTRL + the mouse wheel.
  • Bugs that occurred in common course definitions have been fixed.
  • Now, instead of dragging a course to the box on the left to remove it from the schedule, you can simply select the course, press the "delete" key, and then remove the assignment and send the course to the box on the left.
  • To view the quick preview, simply hover your mouse cursor over the eye icon in the upper left corner of the table. Click this cell to lock the window that opens.
  • You can also view two separate viewports for quick previews and proctoring workloads in exam schedule preparation by hovering your mouse cursor over the eye and scale icons in the upper left corner of the table.
  • On the course assignment screen, the numeric key on the keyboard was not working when entering the current entry. This has been fixed.
  • Aside from these, other smaller bug fixes and improvements have been made.

OzzyTimeTables 1.04 Released

Corrections and changes made in this version

  • When placing courses based on instructors, it was not clear which class the courses belonged to. The class nickname has been added next to the course name.
  • An error occurred when clicking and dragging the left box while it was empty on the table.
  • The user has been warned if they enter blank or incorrect information, preventing them from continuing with incomplete or incorrect information.
  • The "Arrange All," "Arrange Classrooms," and "Arrange Proctors" options, which were inadvertently clickable in the Arrange menu despite not functioning properly in previous versions, have been made insecure. These features will be activated in future versions once completed.
  • The status of courses entered using the "Make Shared Course" option in the course definition window has been corrected. Courses you have made "Shared Courses" (in short, courses without a section) are now listed in all classes.
  • In addition to these, other smaller bug fixes and improvements have been made.
